James Panter-Wray

I have been presenting for most of my life now since my teenage years.

Back then I learned my craft doing wedding and party disco’s during the mid to late 1980’s.

Following on from this I then worked in the holiday park industry where I was an Entertainments Manager for over 20 years starting in Devon and then moving to Somerset where I still live now.

Back in my teenage years I did hospital radio and then a few years later set up and run my own RSL on what was then a restricted licence for 4 weeks on the FM band.

I started work in holiday parks as a coat entertainer / DJ and then continued to be host DJ compere in the main rooms throughout my holiday park career.  I always presented my rooms in a radio style.

I finished my holiday park work at the end of the season in 2018 and continued to do some special projects and presenting work every now and again.

My style is very Radio 2 and I enjoy a mix of all music but really enjoy the 1980’s and 1990’s.
