The Seventies – What a Decade for Music!
The 1970s gave us some of the greatest records ever made.
From glam rock and disco to soul, pop, punk and rock ‘n’ roll, the decade had everything!
It was the era of David Bowie, T. Rex, ABBA, Queen, Slade, Sweet, Elton John and Blondie.
However, The JanCave 70s Jukebox isn’t just about the obvious hits.
Jan also loves digging out forgotten gems, one-hit wonders and records that haven’t been played on the radio for years.
You know the ones. You haven’t heard them for decades, but somehow you still remember every word!
A Different Trip Back to the Seventies Every Week!
You never quite know where The JanCave 70s Jukebox will take you!
Some weeks, Jan turns back the clock to a particular year. She revisits the hits, hidden gems and memories that made it special.
Other weeks, it’s all about a theme. You’ll hear a selection of records with something in common.
And sometimes? It’s simply sixty minutes of fabulous 70s music!
As a result, every show offers something different.
From early Seventies glam rock to disco, punk and pop, there’s always something new to rediscover.
